Zotac has announce its newest member of the AMP! Edition lineup, the Zotac GTX 780 Ti AMP! Edition. Based on Zotac's own custom design with a hefty triple-fan cooler, the new GTX 780 Ti AMP! Edition features a decent factory overclock with GPU working at 1006MHz base and 1072MHz Boost clocks.
Zotac decided to use its own Triple-Silencer Enhanced Cooling System on the new GTX 780 Ti AMP! Edition and this one features no less than three fans and should, according to Zotac, be up to 10 degrees Celsius cooler and 15dBA less noisy when compared to the reference cooler card, despite its factory overclock.
In case you missed it earlier, the GTX 780 Ti uses Nvidia's GK110 GPU, packs 5 graphics processing clusters or a totla of 2880 CUDA cores. While the reference GTX 780 Ti works at 875MHz for the base GPU clock and 928MHz for the GPU Boost clock, Zotac decided to push its own GTX 780 Ti AMP! Edition to a decently impressive 1006MHz for the base GPU clock and 1072MHz for the Boost GPU clock.
It still features 3GB of GDDR5 memory paired up with a 384-bit memory interface but this time around it is clocked at a rather impressive 7200MHz which is 200MHz higher than reference GTX 780 Ti graphics card.
Zotac also bundles the new GTX 780 Ti AMP! Edition with Splinter Cell Compilation game voucher (on select SKUs) that includes Splinter Cell Double Agent, Splinter Cell Conviction and the Splinter Cell Blacklist games as well as the ZOTAC Boost Premium software bundle with Nero Kwikmedia, XBMC and UNIGINE Heaven DX11 benchmark.
Unfortunately, Zotac did not reveal any details regarding the actual price or the availability date of the new GTX 780 Ti AMP! Edition.
