ADATA Technology has announced its latest addition to the DashDrive Choice family of external storage devices, the DashDrive Choice HC630 external HDD that will bring USB 3.0 interface and a new metal surface chassis with sparkling etched patterns.

With dimensions of 115x78x15mm (4.5x3.0x0.6 inches) and 160g weight, the HC630 comes with a rather fashionable design which is far from dark and dull designs mostly seen on similar devices. The new HC630 features 2.5-inch SATA HDD and comes with free downloads of ADATA's own HDDtoGO software for encryption and synchronization features.

To be available in capacities of 500GB, 750GB and 1TB, the new DashDrive Choice HC630 will also be backed by a three-year warranty. Unfortunately, ADATA did not shed any light on the price.
