Playstation 4 more popular than Xbox One

According to Reuters poll

According to a poll held by Reuters it appears that Sony's Playstation 4 is a bit more popular than its Microsoft nemesis, the Xbox One.
Held between the September 23rd and 27th with around 1300 surveyed individuals, the poll shows that 26 percent will buy Sony's upcoming next-gen console while 15 percent will decide to go for the Xbox One. The gap gets even wider when sample is taken from those under 40 years of age where 41 percent would go for Playstation 4 while 27 percent would rather buy Xbox One.

Reuters might not be a best place to feel the pulse of the market which would explain why most of the surveyed people were over 40 but in any case it is still a viable source of information.

In case you missed it earlier, Sony's Playstation 4 is scheduled to launch on November 15th in the US and November 29th in EU while Microsoft's Xbox One should hit both regions on November 22nd. It will definitely be an interesting Christmas shopping season but Sony's Playstation 4 has a lower launch price which should help it a lot.
