AMD has now officially revealed that EA's upcoming Battlefield 4 title is, as rumored before, a part of AMD Gaming Evolved and should have more details regarding it during its GPU'14 event scheduled to kick off later today.
AMD has also hinted that Battlefield 4 might be a part of the the upcoming new Never Settle bundle that will be exclusive to Radeon R 200 series graphics cards as these, as well as earlier HD 7000 series graphics cards, feature support for DirectX 11.1 and should, according to earlier rumors, have a certain advantage in the Battlefield 4.
It is still not clear if the advantages would translate to better performance on Radeon graphics cards with DirectX 11.1 support or will it simply have better visual effects, but in any case, we will know for sure quite soon.
