Marcus "Notch" Persson, creator of Minecraft, has officially stopped development on 0x10c. During a Team Fortress 2 live stream he annouced, that he deleted the game.

When about a year ago, Marcus "Notch" Persson, announced that he has begun with the development of a new game, all fans of Minecraft, couldn't wait to know more about his next masterpiece.

From November 2012 until today there haven't been any updates, but Notch, during a Team Fortress 2 live stream, officially announced that the game has been deleted. Hopefully development of the game will be finish by another non-profit team.
