Mushkin announces new 2800MHz DDR3 memory kits

New Stealth and Redline series kits

Mushkin has announced new additions to its Stealth and Redline memory series that will now be available as 2800MHz, 4, 8 and 16GB memory kits.

In case you missed it earlier, Mushkin's Stealth line feautres a rather simple and thus stealth looking matte black heatspreaders and is aimed at value and performance parts of the market. The Redline series on the other features Mushkin's recognizable "ridgeback" red heatspreaders and are aimed at enthusiasts, overclockers and those looking for top-end memory kits.

As far as the specifications are concerned, the new 2800MHz DDR3 memory modules will be available as 4GB, 8GB and 16GB memory kits with 12-14-14-35 latency at 1.65V.

Mushkin's new memory kits will be available in the US as of this week while the rest of the world should get it by the end of this month.
