MSI teases Geforce GTX 780 Lightning

Coming in August

MSI has released a rather unique and cool looking video that teases the upcoming MSI Geforce GTX 780 Lightning graphics card. Scheduled to launch in August, according to our sources, the Geforce GTX 780 Lightning will feature a custom design PCB and top notch components that should make it one of the fastest, coolest and best looking GTX 780 on the market.

The MSI GTX 780 Lightning will, of course, be still based on the GK110 GPU with 2304 CUDA cores, 192 TMUs and 48 ROPs. It will feature either 3 or even 6GB of GDDR5 memory paired up with a 384-bit memory interface. The precise clocks are still not finalized but you can surely expect a very high factory overclock.

We will surely try to dig out even more info but MSI will surely keep a surprise or two for the launch day.
