EVGA working on Z87 Stinger and miniBOX based system

Still in development

In addition to a bunch of interesting product that it displayed during Computex, EVGA also revealed plans that it is actually working on its own pre-built gaming system based on its recently launched mini-ITX Z87 Stinger motherboard and tightly packed in the EVGA miniBOX case.

EVGA plans to offer the new system with various choices of 4th gen Core Haswell CPUs and its own graphics cards but as it is still in development phase some things still need to be polished. The one on display was actually running with Intel's Core i7-4770K CPU, EVGA Geforce GTX Titan GPU, SSD for storage and, of course, EVGA Z87 Stinger motherboard.

The system used FSP-Fortron based SFF 550W power supply but the final version might even feature an EVGA-branded PSU. EVGA also plans to include a slimline optical drive that should somehow eject from the side of the case.

In any case, the new system does look quite interesting and all we need to see now is the availability date and, more importantly, the actual price premium for the entire system.
