While browsing Facebook - again - we find another set of very interesting pictures. If you know the new Gryphon Z87 board with the additional armor kit, which is being sold separately, then you might already get what this news is about. It looks like ASUS is planning to also provide their ROG boards with separate armor kits.

On the following pictures you can see a Maximus VI Formula motherboard which is covered with an armor kit. On the upper side of the board you find a plastic plate which makes gives the board a certain kind of a stealth look. Furthermore it looks like there are inlets/outlets to integrate the board into a watercooling circle.

Obviously we're waiting for higher resolution pictures and we're also curious to see the first pics of the Maximus VI Formula board.
