Although it has been announced for consoles, the PC version of the Grand Theft Auto V has yet to be confirmed but has showed up for pre-order in Germany.
To be quite precise, GTA V for PC has been listed on both Amazon.de as well as Gamesonly.at in Austria. Both retailers/e-tailers might be just jumping the gun and it might not be anything official from Rockstar but in any case it would be nice to see it finally confirmed for PC.

Gamesonly.at also showed a picture of the Windows DVD but as noted, it might be jsut a mockup. Special Edition showed up as well on the same retail/e-tail site showing that it will include SteelBook with exclusive artwork, World map, Stunt planes challenges, Online store concessions, Bonus outfits, Bonus tattoos, Special abilities booster and Exclusive weapons.

In case you missed it earlier, GTA V is scheduled to show for PS3 and Xbox 360 on September 17th.
