Biostar announces AMD Richland APU support

For its entire FM2 motherboard lineup

Biostar announced that that its entire FM2 motherboard lineup is ready to support the upcoming AMD "Richland" APUs with a simple BIOS update.

The new BIOS updates will be available on the Biostar support page and should bring support for the new Radeon HD 8000 series graphics inside Richland APUs as well as support for DDR3-2133 memory.

As announced earlier, AMD expects to launch its next-generation Richland APUs in June and according to early information we should see a total of six different APUs in the first wave.
