ASUS confirms that AREZ is here to stay

We were wrong as well

There has been a lot of confusion surrounding ASUS and the future for its AREZ lineup of graphics cards. When NVIDIA has ended the GeForce Partner Program, a Twitter account claiming to be an official AREZ profile and it has posted that the AREZ lineup was coming to end. However, it turns out that we will see soon AREZ products.

A few weeks ago, NVIDIA officially killed the GeForce Partner Program. Along with MSI and their Mech 2 series, ASUS did a large press release stating they made changes to their graphics card lineup. Right after the GPP, ASUS introduced the AREZ series and moved all the Radeon graphics cards into this new chapter. Furthermore the company removed the ROG logo from all the AMD products.

Yesterday a fake Twitter account posing as the official ASUS AREZ page, tweeted that "ASUS AREZ is coming to an end, ROG is here to stay". We, like many others, thought that the account was legit and we believed that ASUS wanted rolls back to ROG. It looks like that ASUS will continue with AREZ since the company has announced today the new lineup and the fake Twitter account is gone.
