G.Skill has updated their TridentZ RGB memory kit, which has been designed and tested in combination with AMD's Ryzen 2000 processors. When a new CPU architecture hits the market memory vendors usually conduct extensive stability tests before launching their kits and G.Skill is certainly no exception in that regard.
Designed for the latest AMD Ryzen 2000 processor, the TridentZ RGB DDR4 memory kit is supposed to provide good compatibility. The modules are going to be available supporting frequencies of up to 3600MHz. Apart from that there are going to be kits available with up to 32GB of total capacity. At the moment there are three kits available.
The G.Skill TridentZ DDR4-3200 will come with CL16-18-18-38 timings and a capacity of 16GB (2x8GB) or 32GB (4x8GB). The DDR4-3466 and DDR4-3600 kits are available with up to 16GB capacity and CL18-22-22-42 latency. The voltage is set to 1.35V for all the kits.
So far G.Skill has not revealed any details on pricing and availability. Nevertheless we expect these kits to hit the market somewhen this month.
