Acer has expanded its monitor lineup once again with a new model featuring a 49-inch, 3840 x 2160 resolution and an IPS panel. Furthermore it comes with two powerful 20W speakers that can be always useful with monitors of this dimension.



As we already mentioned the EB490QK monitor has been equipped with a 49-inch panel and 3840 x 2160 pixel resolution. There is one DisplayPort 1.2 connector, one HDMI-in 2.0 port and one VGA port which offers video connectivity. According to Acer, the display comes with a contrast ratio of 100'000'000:1 and 300 cd/m2 brightness. Acer is marketing this display for cinema, due to the big size and the speakers.

The display doesn't come with any adjustable stand but it sports two solid feet. The Acer EB490QK display comes with a price of 778 Euro and should already be available.
