EVGA introduces GTX 1080 Ti Kingpin Hydro Copper

With a pre-installed full cover water block

EVGA already has a wide portfolio when it comes to graphics cards but that didn't stop them from launching yet another model. A few days ago, EVGA has introduced their new GTX 1080 Ti Kingpin Hydro Copper graphics card which comes with a liquid cooling block. As all the other Kingpin Edition cards before, this version is also aimed at overclockers and performance enthusiasts.

With the water block covering the entire graphics card it simultaneously cools the GPU, the VRAM as well as the VRMs. The base of the block is made from copper, while there is a POM Acetal top. The EVGA GTX 1080 TI Kingpin Hydro Copper packs a significant factory overclock. While the GTX 1080 Ti Founders Edition works at 1480MHz/1582MHz Core/Boost frequencies, the factory-overclocked EVGA GTX 1080 Ti Kingpin Hydro Copper clocks with 1582MHz/1695MHz Core/Boost. Due to the capable cooler and the factory overclock, the EVGA GTX 1080 Ti Kingpin Hydro Copper should provide excellent gaming performance.

The card requires two 8-pin PCIe power connectors from your power supply. Regarding connectors we find three mini-DisplayPort 1.4 connectors, one HDMI 2.0b port and one dual-link DVI connector. Furthermore EVGA has added nine additional sensors which allow for monitoring temperature monitoring different areas of the card.

Right now the new EVGA GTX 1080 TI Kingpin Hydro Copper is available (in limited stocks) on EVGA online store for $1'249 Dollar.
