EKWB soon with water blocks for AMD Radeon RX Vega

Incoming already next week

EK Water Blocks has announced a new full-cover block for AMD’s Radeon RX Vega graphics cards. The block is compatible with the Radeon Vega Frontier Edition pixel accelerators. To be a bit more precise, a full-cover block has been developped fitting the Radeon RX Vega 64 and the Vega 56. As always the water block is available in different versions. According to EKWB, all the upcoming water blocks should become available next week.

With this water block covering the entire graphics card it simultaneously cools the GPU, the HBM2 as well as the VRMs. The base of this block is made from nickel-plated electrolytic copper, while you can choose between a POM Acetal or an acrylic glass top. The acrylic top features two pre-drilled holes for 3mm LED diodes.

The terminal has been equipped with a backlit plastic cover displaying the model name of the card/cooler. EK Water Blocks are adding this neat little feature to all their new blocks lately. Like the name suggests, the EK-FC Radeon Vega water block is compatible with the Radeon Vega Frontier Edition, the Radeon RX Vega 64 and the Vega 56 graphics cards.

Looking at pricing and availability we see that there are the usual different version. There is a variant with a nickel block and a plexi face-plate and another with a nickel base and a black acetal face-plate. Both blocks retail for 109.95€. Apart from that there is a black backplate for 29.95€ and a nickel backplate for 37.95€ listed in the EK webshop.
