According to latest reports, AMD Ryzen samples have been sent out to reviewers a few days ago. HWBattle has now shown a picture where you can see such a CPU LN2 cooled. Therefore it could be that already at launch day there might be extreme overclocking scores available when the new chips launch.
On HWBattle there is a couple of pictures showing an AMD Ryzen based system which has been equipped with a Biostar Racing X370 GT7 motherboard, G.Skill memory and a CPU under a LN2 pot. We don't know which CPU model is being used here but it comes in the same black box that AMD has used for Bulldozer. Although there aren't many details available on this system, it looks like someone is already trying to squeeze some more MHz out of Ryzen using extreme cooling.
The second picture shows a multi-meter that reports a temperatures of -29C. At the moment there no scores are being mentioned and there is also now word on clock frequencies reached. According to a rumor from Videocardz, AMD will offers a dedicated Overclocking Utility for Ryzen processors. Although the rumor reports only a picture, we can already see that the system is running an 8 core / 16 thread Ryzen chip and the Overclocking Utility is running next to CPU-Z.
