During CES 2017, EVGA has shown a new all-in-one water cooler for CPUs. While we have already seen all-in-one liquid cooling units from EVGA with their Hybrid series graphics cards, it's the first time that the company shows closed-loop water cooler for processors. With their new CLC series EVGA has a unit with 120mm radiator and one with 280mm radiator in its portfolio.
According to EVGA, both of these AIO coolers offer high cooling performance at a low noise level. The CPU blocks are supposed to have an improved flow rate as well as a more efficient heat transfer thanks to an increased surface area. Additionally there is a backlit EVGA logo on top with RGB LEDs and apparently it’s possible to change its color. If you also own an EVGA graphics card you can synchronize the RGB logo of your CPU cooler with the one on your EVGA graphics card.
The EVGA CLC series all-in-one water coolers will be bundled with a software that is required if you want have full control of your fans. Furthermore you can also change the fan curve, pump speed and lighting.
Both EVGA CLC CPU coolers are already available in the US and they will arrive elsewhere at later stage. The 120mm unit is priced at $89.99 US while the 280mm one comes with an MSRP set to $129.99 US. Since AMDs Ryzen CPUs and therefore socket AM4 motherboards are just around the corner, EVGA will provide a free AM4 retention kit as well.
