Inno3D unveils new GTX 1060 iChill Black graphics card

With hybrid cooler

While it might be an overkill, Inno3D has unveiled a hybrid cooled Geforce GTX 1060 iChill Black, a GTX 1060 graphics card with a hybrid air and liquid cooler.

Using the Accelero Hybrid S AiO cooler, just like the previously unveiled GTX 1080 iChill Black and GTX 1070 iChill Black, the new GTX 1060 iChill Black from Inno3D allowed Inno3D to push the GPU to 1280MHz base and 1784MHz GPU Boost clocks while 6GB of GDDR5 memory with a 192-bit memory interface got pushed to 8.2GHz.

In case you missed it, the Geforce GTX 1060 is based on Nvidia's GP106 GPU with 1280 CUDA cores, 80 TMUs and 48 ROPs.

In order to cope with the high factory-overclock, the new Inno3D GTX 1060 iChill Black draws power from both the PCIe slot and a single 8-pin PCIe power connector and also comes with DVI, HDMI and three DisplayPort outputs.

The Accelero Hybrid S AiO cooler uses a pump-block that is in direct contact with the GPU while a second heatsink cools the memory and the VRM part of the graphics. While the block is connected to a 120x120 radiator the second heatsink is cooled by a standard 70mm fan located on the graphics card.

Unfortunately, Inno3D did not reveal any details regarding the price or the availability date.
