Xigmatek has unveiled the new Tyr SD1264B tower-type CPU cooler, which is a revised version of its previously available Tyr cooler.
Based on a standard tower-type design, the revised Tyr SD1264B CPU cooler from Xigmate has a narrower design at the bottom which should provide better clearance for memory modules and other hardware around the CPU socket.
The new Tyr SD1264B packs four 6mm thick copper heatpipes that are in direct contact with the CPU and large heatsink. It uses 120mm 4-pin PWM fan, spinning between 600 and 2000 RPM, pushing up to 59 CFM of air while producing 28 to 38dBA of noise. The fan frame comes with red LEDs.
The Tyr SD1264B supports AMD FM2+ and AM3+ sockets as well as Intel LGA115x sockets.
Unfortunately, Xigmatek did not reveal any details regarding the price.
