It appears that Nvidia has been quite busy lately to show off its advanced graphics GameWorks technologies and has announced a new free-to-download Fallout 4 mod which looks quite impressive, the Vault 1080.

Developed by Nvidia's Lightspeed Studios and according to the description provided by Nvidia, the new mod will add about 1 hour of new gameplay inside the Nvidia Vault 1080 and is "set in the dark underground hallways of Vault 1080, where a misguided congregation embraced darkness and sickness in order to survive."

According to details, the mod will use some Nvidia GameWorks graphics technologies like HBAO+, God Rays, Volumetric lighting and more.

The Nvidia Vault 1080 Fallout 4 mod should be available for free over at Bethesda.net as of September 2nd and Nvidia created a dedicated webpage for it in order to explain all the details.
