ASUS has unveiled a new Radeon RX 480 graphics card that should be cheaper than most of ASUS' lineup but still offer a better feature-set compared to the reference RX 480, the ASUS RX 480 Dual 4GB.
Spotted by Techpowerup.com, the new ASUS RX 480 Dual 4GB is based on a custom PCB, which is somewhat shorter than the one seen on the STRIX version and draws power from a single 8-pin PCIe power connector.
It also comes with ASUS' Dual cooler with white shroud and two fans, which should fit well with plenty of motherboards.
ASUS also implemented a slight factory-overclock on the RX 480 Dual 4GB so it works at 1320MHz for the GPU Boost clock while memory remained at reference 7.0GHz.
Unfortunately, ASUS did not reveal any details regarding the price but we expect it to hit retail soon at somewhere around US $220.
