In a few days AMD is going to launch it's Polaris 11 based graphics cards and in the meantime more pictures on these cards start to emerge. In the case of the Sapphire Radeon RX 460 NITRO OC there appear to be no surprises, since it looks rather similar to the RX 470 and RX 480 based NITRO cards from the same vendor.
A quick look at the picture below shows, that this particular cards appears to be based on a non-reference design PCB and Sapphire equips it with its dual-fan NITRO cooler. The fact that "OC" is part of the product name apparently tells that this card ships factory overclocked. Most likely only the GPU will receive factory overclocking and the 4GB memory will have to deal with stock frequencies.
A quick look at the specifications of the Polaris 11 GPU used on the Radeon RX 460 shows, there are 896 stream processors, 48 TMUs and 16 ROPs. The reference base clock is 1090 MHz, while the chip can boost to 1200 MHz. With the Sapphire Radeon RX 460 NITRO OC shipping factory overclocked these frequencies will be higher. Apart form that reference memory clocks are to be 1750 MHz. What's interesting about this chip as well is its low power consumption which is going to be somewhere in the range of between 75 and 90 Watt depending on the factory overclocking.
