The new Seagate FireCuda solid state hybrid drive (SSHD) will be available in 2.5-inch and 3.5-inch form-factors and will be available in 2TB and 1TB capacities for the 3.5-inch and 500GB and 1TB capacity for the 2.5-inch version.
Backed by a 5-year warranty, these FireCuda SSHDs offer 8GB of MLC flash storage, have 64MB of cache and should offer performance of up to 210MB/s, with the NAND part peaking at 190MB/s.
