EK Water Blocks has continued its release of full-cover water blocks meant to be used on custom Geforce GTX 1080 and GTX 1070 graphics cards with the new one that fits on MSI's Gaming X 8G GTX 1080 and GTX 1070 graphics cards, the EK-FC1080 GTX TF6.

Same as the earlier released water blocks for the Gigabyte GTX 1080 G1.Gaming and ASUS GTX 1080 Strix graphics cards, the new EK-FC1080 GTX TF6 water block for MSI Gaming X 8G GTX 1080/1070 graphics cards is also based on a full-cover design which cools bot the GPU, RAM and the VRM part of the graphics card.

It uses EKWB's central inlet split-flow cooling engine design which both provides best possible cooling performance and make the block compatible with both the reversed water flow and systems with weaker water pumps.

The base of the block is made of nickel-plated electrolytic copper while the top is made of POM Acetal or acrylic material, depending on the version.

According to EK Water Blocks, the new EK-FC1080 GTX TF6 should be available immediately and is priced at €122.95 for both Nickel and Acetal+Nickel versions. EKWB will also offer two versions of the aesthetic retention backplate, Black and Nickel, priced at €29.95 and €37.95, respectively.
