Today, we will be checking out yet another PC case mod from our forums, the Project ELWED made by Italian modder, PhilipMod. Based on a fully-custom In Win D-Frame Mini PC case, the Project ELWED shows some neat skills in modding as well as some rather impressive Alphacool liquid cooling.
As noted, the biggest feature of the Project ELWED is a fully-custom In Win D-Frame Mini PC case, to which PhilipMod actually added an additional bottom part that will house the custom Alphacool liquid cooling system.
The full list of hardware includes the ASRock H170M-ITX/ac motherboard, Intel Pentium G4400 CPU, ADATA XPG 2x4GB DDR4 with liquid cooling, Inno3D iChill GTX 970 HerculeZ X4 Air Boss Ultra
graphics card, two ADATA SP900 128GB SSDs and In Win Classic Series C900W PSU.
It will also include a full Alphacool liquid cooling system for both teh CPU, RAM, and the graphics card as well as some modding accessories from Phobya.
While the project is still not done, we should soon see the final product as the case has been already modded and painted, while all components have been lined up with the case and we must say that it looks quite impressive.
