Thecus updates N2810 NAS with new CPU and more RAM

Coming with Celeron N3150 CPU and 4GB of DDR3 RAM

Thecus has announced the new updated version of the 2-bay N2810 NAS that will be getting the new Intel Celeron N3150 quad-core CPU and 4GB of DDR3 RAM, the new Thecus N2810PLUS NAS.

Based on the same 2-bay NAS design as the original N2810, the new Thecus N2810PLUS will benefit from additional processing power and more RAM in order to bring even better NAS experience for home and small office users.

Featuring two LAN ports, with 7 modes of lin aggregation as well as a HDMI port with support for 4K/UHD media playback, the Thecus N2810PLUS runs on latest ThecusOS 7.0 and supports extensive variety of apps. It also comes with three USB 3.0 ports.

Due to the new Intel Celeron N3150 CPU and 4GB of RAM, which is significant update from Celeron N3050 and 2GB of RAM on the original N2810, the new N2810PLUS has double the amount of RAM and twice the number of processor cores, while offering nearly the same power consumption.

According to Thecus, the new N2810PLUS should be available on April 19th with a suggested price of €369.
