G.Skill has announced its new DDR4-3600 CL15 16GB kit which will be a part of the flagship Trident Z series lineup.
Based on two 8GB DDR4 modules,
the new Trident Z 16GB DDR4 kit from G.Skill will work at 3600MHz with CL15-15-15-35 latency and at 1.35V.
While DDR4 running at 3600MHz is not anything strange, pushing it to run at tight CL15 latency certainly is, as kits running on that frequency usually featured CL17 or CL16 latency.
G.Skill also published a screenshot which shows the aforementioned kit running on ASUS Z170-Deluxe motherboard and Intel Core i5-6600K CPU.
According to G.Skill, the new DDR4-3600 CL15 16GB (8GBx2) kit (F4-3600C15D-16GTZ) should be available by the end of this month. Unfortunately, G.Skill did not reveal any details regarding the price.
