According to the latest roadmap slide, Intel is expected launch its first 14nm Kaby Lake chips Q3 2016, while 10nm Cannon Lake is scheduled for Q3 2017.
According to a slide,

Intel originally planned to introduce the 10nm Cannon Lake CPUs in 2016, but due to the shrinking PC market and problems with the transition to 10nm manufacturing process, pushed the launch back to Q3 2017.
The current N-series will be replaced by Apollo Lake SoCs in Q3 2016 while Cherry Trail Z-series SoCs will be replaced by new Broxton in Q4 2016.
