Corsair announced two new SFX PSUs

The SF600 and SF450

Corsair has announced its first power supplies based on the SFX form-factor, the Corsair SF600 and the SF450.

Featuring a fully-modular design, 80 Plus Gold certification and high-end components like 100 percent 105°C rated Japanese capacitors, the new Corsair SF series comes in two versions, the 600W SF600 and the 450W SF450.

Since these are aimed at small cases, it is a welcomed sight that Corsair decided to go for a fully-modular design, which should make the installation a bit easier as well as make sure that cables do not interfere with the rest of the hardware.

Corsair also included its Zero RPM Fan Mode with the new SF PSU series, which means that 90mm fan will not spin up in idle and medium loads.

The entire Corsair SF series is backed by a seven year warranty and should be already available with a price set at US $119.99 for the SF600 and US $89.99 for the SF450.
