ASRock has announced its newest motherboard for AMD socket FM2+ CPUs and APUs based on AMD's A88X chipset, the mini-ITX ASRock A88M-ITXac.
Featuring support for latest socket FM2+ CPUs and APUs with 95W TDP, the new ASRock A88M-ITXac motherboard is based on a mini-ITX form-factor and comes with a 5-phase CPU VRM drawing power from a combination of 24-pin ATX and single 8-pin EPS connectors. It comes with two DDR3 DIMM slots with support for 32GB of DDR3-2400 memory and has a single PCI-Express 3.0 x16 slot.
The rest of the features and specifications include six SATA 6Gbps ports, a single M.2 PCIe slot located on the backside of the motherboard, Gigabit Ethernet, integrated 802.11ac dual-band 433Mbps WiFi and Bluetooth 4.0, HDMI, DVI and D-Sub outputs as well as plenty of USB 3.0 and USB 2.0 ports and 7.1-channel Realtek ALC887 audio.
Unfortunately, ASRock did not reveal any details regarding the precise availability date or the price.
