One of MSI's in-house overclockers, Pepinorang, has published a test BIOS for MSI's Z170A XPower Gaming Titanium Edition motherboard which enabled non-K Skylake CPU BCLK overclocking.
The test BIOS has some issues as EIST, C-State and Turbo Boost features are all disabled, you can only go up to maximum CPU ration (non-Turbo Boost ratio) and you need to adjust CPU Vcore voltage manually. On the other hand, the BIOS is M-flash ready and should work on most, if not all, non-K Skylake CPUs as Pepinorang already tested it on Celeron G3920, Pentium G4520, Core i3-6100, Core i5-6600 and Core i7-6700 CPUs.
As can be seen on HWBOT.org forum overclocking support thread for MSI Z170A XPower Gaming Titanium Edition, where you can find the LN2 OC guide as well, overclocking for non-K Skylake CPUs works like a charm and should make some overclockers quite happy.
You can find more details over at that thread via link below.
