CD Projekt RED has released first screenshots for the Blood and Wine, which is a second expansion for The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt game, scheduled to launch in the first half of 2016.
The Blood and Wine expansion will open up a new Toussaint region and offer additional 20 hours of gameplay. Previously, CD Projekt RED has promised that the new region will be visually unlike anything seen in the game so far and judging by these first two screenshots, it appears that those claims are true.
While untainted by war, the new Toussaint region hides an ancient, bloody secret, promising an interesting story.
The Blood and Wine expansion is a part of The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt Expansion Pass, priced at €24,99, which included previously released Hearts of Stone expansion. The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt Game is available for €59,99, while the Hearts of Stone expansion can be bought for €9,99.
