Fallout 4 pre-load coming to all platforms

Still no precise date

Just two weeks away from the official launch, Bethesda has announced that Fallout 4 will be available for pre-load on all platforms, including Playstation 4, Xbox One and the PC.

While the game has already gone gold and the official launch date has been set for November 10th, Bethesda's Peter Hines has now announced that Fallout 4 will be available for pre-load on all platform, although the precise date has not been announced.

The game will officially launch on November 10th but gamers will be able to download the locked version of game earlier. The game will then unlock on November 10th 12:01AM and allow users to start playing immediately without waiting for it to download.

With this move Bethesda has joined the list of publishers that support pre-loading and this is a good thing since the servers won't get crowded. According to earlier information, the physical copy of the PC version of the game, won't have all the game files and will still need to be activated on Steam.

The size of the Fallout 4 ranges between 28GB and 35GB, depending on the platform.
