LG V10 smartphones eats up space with 4K recording

LG offers a free 200GB SDXC card for it

LG's LG V10 smartphone is the first device in LG's new V-series and while it has both impressive hardware and impressive features like a dual screen, dual-selfie camera and 4K video recording which actually can use up to 500MB per minute.

Called by LG itself as the "storage killer" the LG V10 will certainly have storage problems in case you plan to make many 4K videos. While it does come with 64GB of internal storage, courtesy of Sandisk 64GB iNAND 7232, which is capable of sequential write performance of up to 150MB/s (1.2Gbps) and actually optimized for 4K video recording, which should be enough for around 100 minutes of 4K video recording (in case you don't have anything else on the phone).

So it does not come as a surprise that LG is offering a free 200GB SDXC memory card, a spare 3,000mAh battery and charging cradle as a part of LG V10 promotion running in the US. Bear in mind that this gives you over US $300 of free goodies for LG V10 as only the 200GB Sandisk Ultra microSDXC UHS-I card has an MSRP of US $249.99.

We are not sure if LG will have a similar promotion in Europe as well but we will surely keep an eye for it.
