ASRock has unveiled its latest micro-ATX motherboard based on Intel's B150 Express chipset and with support for both DDR4 and DDR3 memory, the ASRock B150M Combo-G3 motherboard.
While it might sound like a standard B150 Express chipset micro-ATX motherboard, the new ASRock B150M Combo-G3 motherboard actually has two DDR3 and two DDR4 DIMM slots, allowing support for up to 16GB of DDR3 or 32GB of DDR4 memory, perfect for those that are switching from previous Intel platforms and want to wait with memory upgrade.
The new ASRock B150M Combo-G3 motherboard features a standard 7-phase CPU VRM, powered by 24-pin ATX and 8-pin EPS power connectors, has one PCI-Express 3.0 x16, one PCI-Express 3.0 x4 and one PCI-Express 3.0 x1 slot.
Storage wise, it comes with single SATA Express 16Gbps port and six SATA 6Gbps ports. The rest of the features and specifications include integrated 5.1-channel audio, Gigabit Ethernet, six USB 2.0 ports and plenty of USB 2.0 ports, DVI, HDMI and D-Sub display outputs.
Unfortunately, ASRock did not unveil any details regarding the availability date or the price but you can expect it to retail at around US $80.
