Z170 based mini-ITX motherboard
MSI has launched a new premium Z170-chipset based motherboard, the mini-ITX Z170I Gaming Pro AC.
As a part of MSI Gaming series, the new Z170I Gaming Pro AC, features a standard black/red Gaming color scheme and packs quite a few features for a mini-ITX motherboard.
As it is based on Intel's Z710 Express chipset, the Z170I Gaming Pro AC features support for Intel's LGA1151 CPUs, has two DDR4 memory slots with MSI DDR4 Boost technology, a single PCI-Express 3.0 x16 slot, an mPCIe slot which is used by a 802.11ac WiFi and Bluetooth 4.0 mini card, four SATA 6Gbps ports, two of which can be used as SATA-Express and an M.2 slot on the reverse side of the PCB.
It als has Gigabit Ethernet, aforementioned 802.11ac+BT 4.0, integrated 7.1-channel audio, six USB 3.0 ports and DisplayPort and HDMI outputs.
Unfortunately, MSI did not reveal any details regarding the price or the availability date.
