It appears that Samsung has done something right as the display on the new Galaxy Note5 has been describe as the best smartphone display ever.

According to a report coming from DisplayMate, Samsung's latest flagship, the Galaxy Note5, has the best smartphone display ever made. While both the Galaxy S6 Edge Plus and the Galaxy Note5 have pretty much the same 5.7-inch Quad HD display it was expected that performance of these displays are the same as well, but according the report, both are great but Galaxy Note5 display is better.

The display on the Galaxy Note5 smartphone broke a few records during testing including highest color accuracy, brightness, contrast rating as well as some other categories.

The same report also gives some praise to the screen on the Galaxy S6 Edge Plus, saying that the flexible plastic substrate used in the dual-edge display is now pretty much the same as traditional glass substrate.
