In the past days there were several news on new process technologies from semiconductor companies. Since it appears that the first chips are being taped out, using 14/16nm FinFET process technology, TSMC already reveals it's schedule regarding the 10nm process.
TSMC is letting it's customers know, that by the end of 2016 they're going into volume production with the 10nm process. Especially NVIDIA and AMD might be happy to know this bit of information, since TSMC is manufacturing the chips for both graphics cards vendors.
Apart from that joint-CEO Mark Liu also mentioned, that if volume production starts in Q4 2016 the first products, which are based on this process, will be available in early 2017. Usually it takes two months after volume production has started until the first products make it to market. Therefore it can be expected that in first Quarter of 2017 TSMC will ship 10nm chips to its customers.
