There have been quite a few new cool demos powered by Unreal Engine 4 recently but the new Koola is probably one of the most impressive so far.

Published by an Unreal Engine forum member, the Koola demo shows that it will soon be quite hard to differentiate what is a real footage and what is rendered with an engine like Unreal Engine 4. Koola has been working with Epic Games' Unreal Engine 4 for quite some time and used it for real-time architectural visualization and has been a first user that joined the Unreal Dev Grants program.

In any case, we just can't help to wonder how much better could these demos get as this is pretty much close to being perfect and realistic as possible.
