LG announces new 27-inch 4K/UHD monitor

Comes with AMD FreeSync support

LG has announced its newest addition to 4K/UHD resolution monitor lineup, the new 27-inch LG 27MU67, which will also feature support for AMD's FreeSync technology.

Based on a 27-inch IPS 4K/UHD 3840x2160 panel, the new LG 27MU67 features support for AMD's FreeSync technology with refresh range from 40 to 60Hz. Specification wise, the new LG 27MU67 features an aspect ratio of 16:9, contrast ratio of 1000:1, 5ms response time (GTG), 300 nits of brightness, 178/178 viewing angles and can display 99 percent of Adobe sRGB color space gamut with 10bit (8bit + A-FRC) color depth.

It comes with two HDMI 2.0 input ports (both capable of 4K@60Hz) and DisplayPort 1.2a for FreeSync. According to LG, it also includes plenty of unique features like 4 Screen Split, Game Mode, PBP (Picture by Picture), Super+ resolutions and also comes with adjustable stand (height/pivot/tilt).

The new LG 27MU67 will be available later this month with a suggest price set at US $599.
