While we already knew that we will see the Oculus Rift VR headset running couple of games at E3 2015, Oculus has now sent out invites for its own event that will take place on June 11 in San Francisco.

While E3 2015 show will start on June 16, where Oculus is expected to showcase the Rift virtual reality (VR) headset on a couple of games, it appears that Oculus wants to have a separate event ahead of E3 2015 show.

The company has sent out "Step into the Rift" invites for select members of the press. Oculus already released both recommended PC requirements for the Rift as well as the picture of what appears to be a final consumer version of the Rift and the company will most likely use this event to further showcase it.

Oculus will hopefully unveil the final price and the release date during this event.
