MSI refreshes socket FM2+ lineup for Godavari APUs

Eight new motherboards

Since AMD's next-generation Godavari APUs are just around the corner, MSI has decided to release eight new socket FM2+ motherboards.

Based on AMD's A68H, A78 and A88X chipsets, new socket FM2+ motherboards will also be available in mini-ITX, micro-ATX and standard ATX form-factors and promise plenty of features and technologies, including onboard LAN, PCI Express 3.0 x16, SATA 6Gbps, USB 3.0, multiple display support, Military Class 4 components and MSI exclusive features like OC Genie 4, Click BIOS 4 and Command Center.

The lineup includes the A68HM-E33 V2, A78M-E35 V2, A78M-E45 V2, A88XM-E35 V2, A88XM-E45 V2, A88XM-P33 V2, A88X-G41 PC Mate V2 and the A88XI AC V2.

The most interesting is probably the mini-ITX form-factor A88XI AC V2 motherboard which comes with a single PCI-Express 3.0 x16 slot, support for 32GB of DDR3-2133 memory, four SATA 6Gbps ports, four USB 3.0 and six USB 2.0 ports, Gigabit Ethernet and integrated Intel dual-band 802.11ac 7260 WiFi+Bluetooth card, which makes it perfect for small HTPC of SFF system.

Unfortunately, MSI did not reveal any details regarding the price or the precise availability date for these new motherboards and AMD's Godavari APUs are expected at Computex 2015 show in June. You can check out MSI's full socket FM2+ lineup via link below.
