According to documentation on the Oculus Audio SDK, the Rift CV1 will feature an integrated DAC and headphone port as well.

Spotted by Sean Halloran, a game and software developer, and posted on Twitter, the Oculus Rift CV1 (Consumer Version 1) will be featuring an integrated DAC (Digital-to-Analog Converter) or an audio processor which is practically a headphone amp. The same documentation also revealed that there will be a headphone port on it as well.

While it is still not clear if the final version of the Oculus Rift will be launching this year, but it is quite interesting that DAC will be integrated on it.
