European PC cooling specialist, Alpenföhn, has announced two new versions of its Matterhorn CPU cooler, the Matterhorn Black Edition and Matterhorn White Edition.
Both new coolers from Alpenföhn are pretty much the same, except for obvious color difference, and are based on a tower-type design which features a large aluminium heatsink with trapezoid shaped fins which are connected to a full copper baseplate via six U-shaped 6mm heatpipes.
Made and finished with the highest manufacturing quality, the new Matterhorn CPU cooler will be bundled with Alpenföhn WingBoost2 fan, with aerodynamically improved wing geometry, and Permafrost thermal grease. The 120mm Alpenföhn WingBoost2 fan spins between 500 and 1500 rpm, provides 106m³/h of airflow and produces 18,2dBA of noise.
Both new Alpenföhn Matterhorn CPU coolers support Intel's LGA2011, 2011-v3, 1366, 115x and LGA775 sockets as well as AMD's AM3(+), AM3, AM2(+), AM2, FM1 and FM2 sockets.
Both the Matterhorn Black Edition and Matterhorn White Edition from Alpenföhn are exclusively available
at Caseking.de with a price set at €52,90.
