During its Q1 2015 conference call, AMD's CEO Lisa Su has confirmed that AMD will talk about its new GPUs later this quarter which ends on June 31st.
While it was previously expected that AMD will be unveiling its next-gen graphics cards in Q2 2015, which ends on June 31st, AMD's Lisa Su has confirmed during the Q1 2015 financial conference call that AMD will only "talk about its next-gen GPUs later this quarter". This also means that we might see the Radeon R9 390X at Computex 2015, which starts in Taipei on June 2nd.
AMD aims to regain some of the market share in both desktop and notebook business while second half of the year will be focused on getting a stronger position for products when market gets stronger as well, according to Lisa Su.
While Lisa Su did not say that these next-gen graphics card will "launch later this quarter" but rather just talk about those products, it is still expected that we see them launched at Computex 2015.
