Galaxy Note 5 could come with UHD 762ppi display

Dual-edge version slightly smaller

Samsung has confirmed that it is working on an Ultra HD resolution Super AMOLED display which should be available in 2015 and should be used on upcoming Samsung Galaxy 5 Note phablet.

Samsung already confirmed that it is working on an Ultra HD 3840x2160 Super AMOLED screen a while back with a slide and now the company confirmed that a higher-resolution UHD smartphone is coming later this year. According to a report from Phonearena.com, the Samsung Galaxy Note 5 phablet could end up with a 5.89-inch UHD display which should add up to a rather impressive pixel density of 748ppi.

The same report also suggest that there will be two versions of the Galaxy Note 5 so the Galaxy Note 5 Edge could end up with a dual-edge 5.78-inch screen which adds up to even slightly higher 762ppi of pixel density.

Samsung is expected to announced its Galaxy Note 5 and Galaxy Note 5 Edge at IFA 2015 show in Berlin scheduled to kick off on September 4th.
