8.9-incher with Allwinner H8 SoC
There have been plenty of rumors regarding HTC's tablet and now we have the first live image as well as some alleged specifications.
According to a new report, the new HTC tablet, called the T1H, will be based around an 8.9-inch 2048x1530 display and powered by 2.2GHz octa-core Allwinner H8 SoC with PowerVR SGX544 GPU and 2GB of RAM. It will also feature 16 or 32GB of internal storage and a hefty 6,700mAh battery.
The rest of the specifications include an 8-megapixel rear and 1.6-megapixel front camera, HTC's Boomsound speakers as well as Android 5.0 Lollipop OS with Sense 7.0 UI for tablet. As expected, there will be two versions, WiFi-only and with LTE.
Unfortunately, there are still no details regarding the price or the availability date.
