ASUS has unveiled a new version of its Geforce GTX 750 Ti Strix graphics card that will now be available with 4GB of GDDR5 memory.
Although the performance gain should not be far from the 2GB version, considering that it does not support SLI and simply does does not pack enough processing power to make significant use of additional 2GB of memory, the new Geforce GTX 750 Ti Strix 4GB graphics card is pretty much identical to the 2GB version.
It is still based on the same 28nm GM107 Maxwell GPU packing 640 CUDA cores and works at 1124MHz for the GPU base, 1202MHz for the GPU Boost clocks, while 4GB of GDDR5 memory, paired up with a 128-bit memory interface, ended up clocked at 5.4GHz.
The new ASUS Geforce GTx 750 Ti Strix 4GB will be also using the same DirectCU II dual-fan cooler with 0dB technology, which does not spin up the fans until it reaches certain temperature.
Unfortunately, ASUS did not unveil any details regarding the price or the availability date for the new ASUS Geforce GTX 750 Ti Strix 4GB, but a quick check shows it listed in Europe for €199.
