The Windows Insider program works great

Soon to reach 2 million users

As Satya Nadella, the CEO of Microsoft, announced during the Windows 10 event that took place this week, the company wants to make sure that users like their OS rather than just use it because they have no choice. It is for this purpose that they have launched the Windows Insider program for the Technical Preview of their upcoming Windows 10 OS.

Before, when a Microsoft OS got a bug during its presentation, it was a problem and press certainly enjoyed it. When the new OS is released, criticism began and no one was really happy with the result. Today, Microsoft lets you get a free access to its OS before it is official released and gives you the means to make it more up to your expectations.

And if one believes Gabriel Aul, Mr Windows Insider, the Windows Insider program works well as 1.7 million people were registered before the event and 173264 more was added as a result of the announcements made by Microsoft. Not far from two million people now have the ability to run Windows 10 OS and to influence its future.

Now, it would be interesting to know if each test user is actually testing the new OS and especially if they participate actively in its improvement and corrections.

It is easy to enroll in a program, but far more complicated is to fully participate. In case you are actively participating, let us know down in the comment section and we would certainly like to hear some feedback on the Windows 10 OS.
